Do you have the heel up at setup or only as you are turning. With the Driver I feel it instabilities me if I have it up at setup

No, both feet would be flat at setup. You do not want to start in this position as you would be very off balance.

Aha, but I know an IG student that is sometimes too fast with the curve and heel of the back foot going up! There’s probably a “cure” for that one as well?. (I’m asking for a friend…)

Good Tip on something that will help me. My shoes a now pretty worn out. and too soft. Those you are wearing seem to have a lot of support in the toe area. What brand are they? Any other suggestions.

    Thanks

Hello David, I think Paul wears Ecco shoes.
He will tell you to get what you’re most comfortable wearing.

hey Paul, getting cold in northeast sp practise has gone indoors. Been doing helicopter drill with twist 90 degrees to 90 degress. So to do this with swinging club is it as simple as getting sides of my arms 90 to 90 or is there a better way to do a drill like this
