Great tip Paul. You picked out two of my tight areas! So guess what, I make myself do a routine of shaking out my arms and wrists till they feel all loose before I address the ball. I try to keep that loose feeling I get with the shake out when I setup and during my entire swing. Guess what – it works! I’ve been practicing in my backyard with a mirror, following your Body Swing training and finally got the courage up to test it on the practice range this last weekend. Your right – everyone else was just whacking ball after ball. After a few warm up swings and referring back to your notes I started to loosen my arms and started hitting straight effortless shots! I don’t care about distance as yet, that will come later. Thanks again Paul; your a brilliant teacher! Now back to the mirror and the backyard for another week!
Cheers, Colin ( from down under in Australia)

This is a very helpful tip. During the initial take away what do you think about the feeling of almost dragging the club away. That would be really loose but too much?

You want to be loose, but not floppy. There really is not a setting of the golf club like most golfers do. Just try to be conscious of where your arms are tightening and then you will know where to focus on them being more relaxed.
