  1. Jeremy ,When you are facing the wall ,you CAN also open the chest by pulling the two handles apart ( Outwards ).This also has the ” trap├Ęze “muscles working

      Very true. This exercise is to make sure that even when you don’t ‘pull the handles apart’ you still are capable of maintaining good posture. Thanks for the note.
