    I just can’t seem to get thinking out of my mind while playing. It really paralyzes my swing. Any ideas.

      Try this:

      What To Think About When You Play:


      I did a tip a long time ago on this. I can’t seem to find it though. Jut before you take it away say to yourself 1, 2, 3. On 3 take it away. If you are thinking 1,2 and 3 you are not thinking of anything else.

      I would also be think about swinging easy and hitting the fairway or the center of the green. Not 250 down the fairway or getting it close to the pin. This way you are not putting pressure on yourself. Keep in mind that you should be working on your swing in either practice swings or when you practice. You should not be working on a ton of things when you play. If anything swing easy and work on your grip, setup and follow through positions. This way you are not getting confused thinking about the backswing.
