Watched this a day after posted. I appreciate this tip as it is really the mechanics of the mind to lock in the target a.k.a. focus. I am sure this tip will work in any goal in life which is also called visualization by by some.

Your “Wired to Win” book sounds great but I like to see some excerpts from the book before I make the investment to purchase. Thank You.
