Paul, this is a timely tip, as you must have been watching me play yesterday. I’ve come from 17 to 12 handicap and have started noticing more push results since you’ve help me try to fix my OTT action. Does thiis sound like it’s an over correction to you?

Paul ,You are pretty right as to the “push”.I have this very occasionnal error (once or twice in a round ),not a big push but a push nevertheless, only with the Driver off the tee .I have attributed this until now to a lazy and late ,insufficient release of the wrists ,so I’m very careful to have them as loose as possible .But I do realize now it happens when I’m tired at the end of a round and lazy in turning the hips and pushing off the right instep .
I’ll carefully monitor this hip turn move next time I play

      Raymond,

Glad you are aware of it. Stay focused out there. These few bad shots could be costing you your round.
