      Tim,

You can overdo the arms by letting them fall to the ground as I explained the other day in the tip I posted.

    Hi Paul,
A very timely tip, and what I needed to exaggerate was my coil. It has been a weakness of mine(as an arm player) and I tried to feel like my right shoulder was aimed at the target while keeping the lower body stable. Obviously I didn’t turn that far but it sure helped me coil better. Only thing I needed to do was try to touch my legs quicker and the ball straightened right out. It has taken many weeks of practice to finally turn off the arms and I know I’ll have to keep working on my coil, but the golf-swing is coming along. It took a little longer than I thought it would to swing at half speed, but when I did it right, the distance and direction surprised me.
    Thanks again, Mike

      Mike,

That’s great that you tried exaggerating the turn. Just when you think you are doing something you are not. So exaggeration is a great way to actually do the position.

That’s also great you are learning how to swing at half speed. It is amazing at how far you can actually hit it when you do it right. Keep at it.
