    Hi,

Rhythm is indeed a personal matter.

What is important is to find your natural rhythm. not “form” a “false” one.

Discover this by hitting 10 balls and choose the pace of swing that feels best to you–then assign it a number–and that’s the reference point–that’s your rhythm.

Counting, “1 and 2 and…” does not work for some…and does work for others…try it.

    Dave,

Thanks for the tip. One of my major problems is what you have focused on in this tip. My other issue is much difficulty in getting the hit the ball and instinct out of my head when on the course. As you know, Paul continues to preach passive arms.

I was wondering if you have any tips as to what we can do mentally to change the “hit the ball and instinct.”
