    David, is this something one does during the pre-shot routine, at address, during the swing or is it just periodically during play? Anxious to give this a try (it may even help me relax at work???).

    Dave, I like this exercise but I am not sure if i should be thinking about it during my swing. Do I take the club back duing my inhale and swing through on my exhale? What is your thinking on this?
