    I have had five back operations. Can I still do these?

    • Please use your best judgement or consult your surgeon(s). Without knowing your history it’s impossible for me to answer that. My initial thoughts are that it would be beneficial since the primary focus in this video is hip mobility and leg strength. Hold on to something stable at first if you decide to try it. But I suggest you consult a medical professional you’ve worked with in your area if you have any hesitancy.

  2. Hi Jeremy, I just searched the site for recommended warmup exercises that would help avoid injuries (for 66 year old)…………. Nothing? Perhaps you could do a tip on these.
