Hi Jeremy, I liked your tip about keeping the distance between the ribs and belt buckle constant. I’ve been working on my pivot, bringing my back leg next to my front leg, and engaging those abdominals makes it a lot easier. The full superman will definitely help with the abdominals.

That sounds great! I’m glad to hear things are improving and it’s always cool to hear that I’m a part of it in some way.
Jeremy ,Does the “FULL SUPERMAN” train different muscle groups than the “ALTERNATING SUPERMAN ?
Which one to practise best?
Hello Raymond, the Alternating and Full Superman work the same muscles but in different ways. The Alternating Superman, though a little easier overall, is meant for isolating one side and/or rotational purposes. The Full Superman is using both sides at the same time, therefore, takes much more effort. There are many reasons to do both exercises… one really isn’t more important than the other. A general rule of thumb would be to start with the Alternating and move to the Full Superman as strength and flexibility allow.
