I tend to start sliding after a number of shots, I really have to concentrate on not doing this, otherwise I notice I have started to slide again. I like your drill above and will work on this, but have a question about the front foot. Where should I have the weight on the front foot as I am uncoiling? Should it be on the inside or towards the heel or what?
As you come through impact it will be evenly distributed on this foot the rolling to 90% on the outside edge of the heel.

I’m glad I came across this link in the previous comment you made on David Breslows last post. I was going to ask this question to you soon because I feel like I am bumping and sliding a bit and wasn’t sure if that was right or not. This answers my question perfectly!
