    Hi Paul
Your cure tips are always helping me a lot and thank you very much.
One quick question, when shoul I take it back to the normal position ?
Should I keep this toe position until I hit pull hock or other counter effects ?
Cure tip is almost always a both edge sword and I am a bit afraid of doing too much and keeping too long. I’d appreciate it if you could teach me when to stop doing especially when such tip is working immedeiately and does not create side effect.

      Yoshi,

Just do this as a drill until you feel you have slowed down the lower body rotation. You can do it when you play but it is restrictive so be careful. Changes can be done quick if you do them in consecutive repetitions.

So you be the judge. I would do it for at least a couple of weeks if not longer.

    Hi Paul,
I have found that a 0 degrees right foot position has been working for me. In line with the above comment is it OK to be permanent ?

      Ian,

I like it turned out 5 degrees. Too straight can create too much resistance stopping you from fully coiling to 90 degrees. So be careful. Just stick to this for a while until you have it mastered. Then open it a little. If you lose it go back to straight.
