If one is very tight through the shoulders will this exercise, over time, relieve that tightness, along with the one where one lies on one’s back and stretches into the four letters – T, Y, I, and W?

    • Hi Len,
Absolutely a great start. These stretches can relieve a lot of that ‘typical’ shoulder tension. The other part of the equation is to strengthen the posterior chain of muscles that will help counterbalance things, ie Rows, Supermans. Hope this helps!
